Suggestion for Art section

Hey everyone! 

I've noticed that some members compete in writing Non-fiction/fiction stories...so I'm wondering how come there aren't any Art competitions the same way there are writing competitions...I think there should be...drawing takes time but as a challenge the ones who are competing have about a week or less (whatever time period is given) to draw whatever they're asked to draw...

its good to see a variety of talented people on this forum

Didn't we have a contest?  I think it was "sig contest" though.

I've only been here more than a year so I wouldn't really know...however as I searched around I believe it was around New Years not so long ago and it was Sigs or the banner at the top ...if I'm not mistaken

even though a week might be too little time to draw for some...AHHhh! thats where the challenge is my fellow forum members!!!

The contestants can either choose to participate in each drawing contest; or they're chosen by the Mods or forum members...a nomination!

But this is a suggestion...I guess its up to the Mods to decide

I remember the comp where in each round, a gang name from the movie list was chosen (ie easy aces, black jacks etc), and the contestants had to create the gang colours to go with it.  A lot of members used ms paint program if i remember right.  Nominate some warriors related subject matter and some rules, and lets see who's up for it.

I think we should have an art contest, not a sig, but actual hand drawings.
