Forum problems

There have been a few problems with the forum since I updated it to the latest version and after some tinkering around I did today (don't let me do DIY!). I think you should be able to make posts now and the rank images are back.
However, if you uploaded your own avatar, you'll have to upload it again since the upgrade wiped them!
