I know you have areas for non-warrior rank and the proving grounds, but how bout one for rule breakers.  Where they can only post again after passing some sort of online test they makes them review the rule they broke and how to avoid getting in the same situation.  Kinda like being locked up or punished or maybe having to pass this test as initiation into the forum.

I searched and couldn't find this idea, but maybe someone has posted it it in a title I didn't think of.

I think this would be a good thing to do during the signing up period, they do a quiz about the rules and they get there answers back from the ones they got wrong.

Theyll still get in even if they get 0 but its just to emphasise the rules.

I agree with Ginger Warrior there should be a quiz for new members I think Stevo might of said that in another post and they have to get a decent score.If you break the rules once its a warning if you do it twice you get a ban and if you do 3 times permanent ban.

ive posted this to somewhere and yeah its a good idea, great minds think alike yet again the mods shud really checxk this thread out
