Rank Reorgnisation

I am in the process of changing rank images / names and am generally experimenting. Don't worry I won't do anything crazy lik changing the ranks leading up to Warrior or the post number boundaries!! I'll let you know when I'm finished as at the moment it seems a little half-assed.
The Fox now has its own rank, though I need to implement the skull logo somehow. I might play around with some avatars for you Jamie, or work on a better rank image to distinguish it better. Then I'll sort out the troops!
