Idea About People Not Followin Rules...

Hey i'm not sure if this has been brought up before , but maybe after you sign up, you have to take a test of the Rules and you can do anything until you pass. Just a thought.

Yeah that is a good idea so when new members join the forum they have to read the rules before logging in good idea.
