PM message issues

Apologies to anyone that's sent me a pm and I havn't replied to over the past few days. The private message function is not working properly (at least not for me). I can read messages that others have sent me, but I can't reply or send a new message. When I press to send it, It takes me to a page telling me i'm forbidden to use this function and then I can't get back on the forum for a while. It's as if it doesn't recognise me as a registered user.

My pc is acting like a spastic at the moment (probably after all the virus issues i've had over the past 2 weeks)
At the moment when I try to send a message, I get the "internet explore can not display webpage" screen.
This is an error on my end and not with forum software, but just wanted to let members know who have sent me a PM over the past few days that i'm having trouble replying.

I get the same message everytime i try and post on here nowaday's, maybe it's not your end? i have to retry a few time's before it actually posts.

Nice item but no way does it justify the near $48 postage price. Having already been stung twice by customs with packages from the states (an extra £30 a time), i'm wary with items that are unlikely to slip under the radar. Canada, Germany and far east Asia, I've had no problems with.
