Vic ran multiple horror and sci-fi conventions up and down the country. An issue with a venue he hired, cancelling on him not long before 1 of his events was set to take place, caused a ripple effect of everyone demanding refunds. Not enough money left to cover costs after that, so the company went into liquidation and ceased to operate.

Oh damn, that's terrible. I'm gonna sound like an idiot, but who is Vic? I'm relatively new here.

Vic(tor) is the guy who organised and ran the UK conclave in Birmingham, a couple of years ago. He was set on doing the 40th anniversary world tour this year and had got the cast on board for it.

Oh, that's just terrible. I really wanted to see another reunion for the 40th anniversary. Hopefully another company can help pick it up and make it happen.
