When would you like the Conclave?

I'm shocked only 16 people have voted for a conclave date.

This gives me the impression that there is not enough interest/money for people to travel.

I was/am planning to go; even if I have to put it all on my credit card.  I missed the traveling movie thing i forgot who did a few years ago and have been kicking myself in the ass for it.

Its march.  I'm surprised no firm plans are in place.    I'm not from new York or coney island; otherwise, I would have already laid out some prospective plans/venues/hotel deals and so forth.

Lets get this ball snowballing.

why as a gruop need to come together and start sharing messages on new info on venue, dates,cast members and etc.

I have replied with venue places. We do have to get a move on. With the US economy tho, I do not know how many fans will be able to make the trek. I myself am here in NY so there is no travel for me. There is a place we can hold it (I don't know their free dates) in mid-town manhatten right acrosse from penn-station. You have Amtrak (a cost effective means of travel if u live on the eastern seaboard), the air-tram from Kennedy airport makes its way through there(after transfer), Long Island Rail Road (for our long island brothers) plus MANY hotels (one being where the venue is). The hold Big Apple Con here and it is a sucess. There are rooms for dealers, signings, films, forums etc. Here is the link again:

Many of the WARRIORS cast members have been to this at Big Apple Con, so they can get there. Let me know if I can be of any other assistance. We would need to know that interest is BIG before we can guarantee the space.

I think August is the best time to really capture that hot summer NYC feel. I've suffered many a brutal night in the city in my 40 odd years and that's what the film looks like to me.
