well, it's here!
we been waitin for it!
and it makes me sick, to my stomach!! :-& :-&
i hate it, i hate it more than anything else!!!
well, almost anything else!!

we are in blizzard, conditions!!
it started about 3, this morning.
and its not supposed to stop, till around 3, this afternoon!
we've gotten 7" so far.
we're supposed to get, up to 13", or 14"!!

why do i live here??
i hate winter, and i hate snow!!
again, why the hell, do i live here!!?? ::)

so as it stands, right now....
we are snowed in!!
literally!!
the towns around here, are basicly shut down!!
all the schools are closed!

this is the LAST winter, and i repeat...

I'm actually a bit jealous of you there SHM. I'd love some snow this christmas... instead of rain. I can't even remember the last time I threw a snowball (Awww, poor me). Gimme the white stuff anyday!

What's that, Scurvy Dog? Shovel snow for hours at a time?  Erm, okay I've changed my mind. Gimme my rain back...

Oh come on SHM thats is great i live in Texas and i'll we get is sleet or 1/4 inch of snow. I would kill to live their: No school,Snow Fights you got it lucky unless you hate snow wich i heard in that first sentece.

Pretty much a carbon copy here and I'm getting a little tired of this myself. At least the kids are home, maybe we can catch up on a few movies we been thinking about watching. No, we can't go sleding.

Liking the fact my buddy copper (my kitty) hates the cold so he's happy all curled up and purring at the edge of my bed.

Starting to see why a lot of us old folks end in Florida. ::)

well, it finally stopped!!!
the grand total is, 11"!!

at least it stopped, now i can go finish shoveling!
i saw the old guy across the street, shovelin!!
but, only for a few minutes!! LOL
he didnt even get a 1/4 of his driveway done!!
but, thats probably a good thing!!!
i dont think the ambulance could get here, if he would've had a heart attack!! :badgrin:

Personally I don't mind snow that much, it can be pretty nice in decent amounts. Although as with anything, too much of a good thing is a bad thing.

That looks cool man. Here in texas we dont get much snow..

We should be getting snow now. But Idaho winters have been mild lately. All the Californians moving up here have brought their weather with them. *sigh* Your actually lucky with that much snow...

One foot of snow here in Vancouver and the whole city goes to poop.  Branches down, trolley buses can't get through or go up/down hills, only 5 plows for the whole city, people driving like old ladies or crazies.  This is more of a rain town, rain I don't mind, but then before the snow we had a flood and all the water was undrinkable it was mayhem.  Bottled water sold out everywhere, no coffee!  Oh my god!  Starbucks took such a hit!    Good thing I'm a hot chocolate drinker.  Seriously though the water was way better than some people  in third world countries drink everyday.  God forbid we actually have a REAL emergency here.

Nice pics, SHM....you can hardly tell where the bodies are buried under that snow!! 

While here in the NYC area it is December 1st and it was 72 degrees today!!

I am so jealous. I absolutely love the snow and winter and the coooold! All we get here is rain! And even though I love the rain aswell, I'd like a change every now and then!
