Yes, I have 1999 posts and this is number 2000. I'm going to celebrate by taking a holiday for a few days! Ok, so that's just a coincidence that I'm going away! 

I'm not the first to get to 2000, as Jamie got here earlier on the year, but I am hot on his heels to catching up to first place. SHM is right behind me, he's not got far to go. 

So here comes the speech part. Thank you all for making this such a great community. I know we have our "moments" but I suppose that keeps us moderators busy. Without you guys I would not be here on 2000 posts, and without the forum, I might have given up on the site a long time ago as I wouldn't have been able to tell how fantatical other people were!

Looking towards the future then, here's to another 2000 posts, which I'm sure will come from topics based around the upcoming PSP game, the so-called "remake" in 2008, and the long awaited conclave in '09 amongst other things.

I'll see you guys in a few days!
