IM AT THE LEVEL : "ALL CITY" AND I CANT GET ALL THE 4 TAGS OF THE MOONRUNNERS I FOUND LIKE AN HOUR BU I CANT FIND THE LAST ONE.
I KNOW THERE'S ONE AT THE END OF THE RAILWAY AT THE BEGIN. ONE UNDER THE STAIRS IN THE NEXT AREA. AND ON ON A BUILDING WHERE YOU CAN GET UP WITH A LITTLE LADDER AND GET A ROW WITH LIKE 7 MOONRUNNES. IF SOMEONE KNOWS WHERE I CAN FIND THE 4TH TAG PLEASE REPLY

Hey, Luna51, it is on a broken building thing near the beginning of the level. you have to jump trains to get there.
We'll put in a word for you with the Riffs.

hmm, i'm having trouble finding the last tag too. let's see, there is one in the tunnel where you first begin, there's another one under the stairs in the shadowy area, and there is another one by the building on the side of the train lot. i need to find the last one.
