**I got an inkling it's gonna be the one the children bicker over, it's that warriors vs baseball fury element that glitches motor sensory developement, i am a star really,**
Re: any thrashers on here?
Without getting into too much potentially boring detail, a "complete" protein is one that is comprised of 8 so-called essential amino acids
They are rightly named “essential”, in that humans can't produce them; they must be consumed
All animal-based foods have all 8 of these amino acids
Beans (and its related families) have 4
Rice (and its relatives) has the other 4!
So, "rice and beans" are a great occasional alternative to an entire roast pig (just don't get yer beans from a can, and make sure the rice is long grain brown rice!)

Re: any thrashers on here?
i love canned beans...
the low sugar & salt are my elixir
but back to riding and skating...
anyone ever learned tricks into a foam pit before busting them out for real?
i love them things...i learned backflips that way but don't think i'll ever do one in real life now,as i said earlier a friend of mine was hurt doing a double backflip and i think thats put paid to me transferring a foam flip to a real one...

Re: any thrashers on here?
yeah its pretty good.. they paid so much attention to detail.. the original zboys schooled them and stunt doubled their on screen counter parts at times!! when they recreated the dogbowl they invited all the zboys back for a reunion
on another note.. anyone know the story behind those Warriors decks that ive seen in peoples collections? were they zoo york?

Re: any thrashers on here?
yes... dogtown and z-boys blew me away its not only my favourite documentary but one of my favourite films. its so inspiringly and brilliantly well made, it deserves all the awards it got.
lords has definitely grown on me, there are great performances by ledger RIP and emile hirsch and it does a good job of dramatising the lives of the zboys as well as being accurate and truthful
...and all that from catherine hardwicke... Twilight director

Re: any thrashers on here?
havnt heard of that but i would also suggest Chlorine.. a documentary about pool skating. features tony alva braking into pools in the present day. its not a work of art like dogtown but its worth checking out even if a lot of the skaters in it are real dicks lol
