-For one of the scariest things *In The World*, I have no idea what, or who he is. But go to google.com, go to image search, type in Brian Peppers and click search. I'm not going to post the url or anything because frankly, I find I can't even look at him anylonger to right click on the picture.

Yeah, he was born like that, and ya know what makes it worse? He's a sexual predator. Yep, a damn rapist/molestor. That just makes him even creepier. I don't know where he is now. In prison? Dead? Alive? Does anybody know?

Yea, Scurvy Dog, Snopes.com is first where I found it I love all of the different urban legends on there. As for Peppers, he has a disease that makes him look like he has down synrome, but he dosen't. I actually feel kind of bad for him. He currently lives in Ohio, his adress and phone number is posted on Ohio's sexual offender's list online, which is different and less severe than a sexual predator. But in that police report picture, he was supposedly beaten badly with a baseball bat before, which is why he looks so horrific in that picture. I feel bad for him, anyone can look up anything about him off of the Ohio's sex offenders list. But never the less, that one picture will always freak me out. 8-[

It's because you leeched the image. A lot of websites don't like when you direct link images from their servers, cause it steals their bandwidth. Snopes directs any traffic that occurs to it's images from other sites to that image, as a "Don't leech this" type thing. Upload the image to an image host (like Imageshack) and then post it here.

Isn't Mr. Yuk supposed to be green? Now talk about scary - I don't know how many people here remember the Mr. Yuk commercials, but man, those scared the daylights out of me when they used to play them on TV in the 1970s. Want to see something really scary? Check out the commercial on You Tube. The following link goes to a page of commercials, the one I remember is the top link.  Just imagine being about six or seven years old, watching cartoons and then this commercial comes on.

The video says it hasn't aired since 1971 . I geuss they tried to make Mr. Yuk so scary, that when kids saw the sticker on a chemical or something they would be to scared to go near it. Funny thing is, I don't think I've ever seen one of those before even around 15 years ago. And I think they only do that in Rhode Island, it says that at the end.

One of the scariest things that ever happened to me happened a while ago.

You see, my cousins used to live in an apartment building, and the basement was TERRIFYING. If you want an idea what it looked like, it looked very much like the basement from the remake of House on Haunted Hill, except without the stretchers and pygmies. 

Anyways, me, my 5-year old cousin, and my 16-year old cousin decided to take some flashlights and explore down there. Big mistake! As we were turning a corner, we heard a noise. A VERY loud rattling noise. I shined my flashlight over there and saw a man's face staring back at me. Needless to say, I dropped the flashlight, turned around, and ran faster than I ever did before. 

My older cousin did the same, which means that we left my little cousin behind. It was pitch black, but we somehow managed to run through the rooms and up the stairs without getting lost or crashing into anything.

We found out that it was my uncle playing a prank on us. Bastard.
