Yeah mainly PC Gaming things. Im waiting until my birthday in April to preorder a PS3 :badgrin:

Los Angeles , CA - Microsoft's Xbox 360 launch this week is the first shot in the battle between next-generation video game consoles with Sony's response, the Playstation 3, being released later next year.

Sony CEO Howard Stringer revealed that the company has learned from the launch of the Xbox 360 and will be employing similar but more aggressive tactics. For example, Microsoft managed to create an artificial sell-out demand for their new product by constraining the number of available units. Sony will do the same. In fact Sony will be releasing only three units on launch day.

"We also won't be telling customers which stores will be getting the stock to encourage the tradition of lining up in vain for days on end only to be disappointed. It's a part of the traditional fun of launch day," said Stringer.

Sony expects to set a new sell-out record. They are aiming for less than 10 seconds. Sony expects the headlines such as "Sony PS3 sold out in 5 seconds" will boost sales even more if they actually had more units to sell.

Sony will also follow Microsoft's lead in product quality. Stringer promised, "A console so sophisticated that it won't be working most of the time. This way, customers will know they have the latest in technology."

Finally, Sony has seen the benefit of the Microsoft dual-model approach but Sony will be releasing no less than three versions of the console over a staggered release schedule. The first version of the console to be available will ship without some of the optional goodies such as game controllers or video out ports, but will contain the revolutionary "Cell-Out" DRM processing unit.

"We will out-Microsoft, Microsoft on this one," said Stringer.

Baseball Furies Jersey( off ebay)
Wahammer 40k Dawn of War: Winter Ops expansion
Gun (PC)
Devil's Rejects DVD
Slapshot DVD

Thats all ive found as of right now. Gotta keep some things a surprise.....lol.

Dude, have you played the demo yet for Dawn of War exp.?
I heard it's sick, the first is awesome.

Devils Rejects is a good movie with good music.

And Slapshot?
Classic, great movie, gotta love the Hanson brothers.

The only reason I don't like nintendo at this point is because of the controller. I heard you get a cradle for it, but either way it's ugly IMO. And I don't see any planned launch titles.

But Gamecube had it's games. Tales of Symphonia, Super Smash Brothers Melee, Advance Wars... or whatever it was renamed to.

i want some weird stuff for x-mas myself

washer dryer combo - i live in a walk up apartment so doing the laundry is a mission.....actually its been a 10 year mission and it has to end!

1/48 GBP armor - what the heck is that? anyone remember the cartoon robotech/macross from their childhood? well its the suped-up armor that the mecha use. somehow i got hooked on collecting these toys a while back...yeah its a bit embarassing.

ipod nano - i've held out long enough thinking the next great thing will be out soon and so far nothing better than the ipod.

clothes - because i'm a bum and don't ever go shopping, i have holes in everything. i plan to go on a $1000 shopping spree....basically 10 pairs of jeans and 100 t-shirts. :p
