The Warriors Movie Site Forum

I went to a large comic book store today and asked the owner if he was going to be getting The Warriors comic book in?  (He said) The Warriors havent heard of it? 
Thinking that maybe he confused it with some superhero comicbook.
I said, its from Dabel bros! based on the 1979 NY gang movie!!! He shook his head (nope)
He said, he knows of Dabel bros,but not the Warriors.
Then I said ya know! Can you dig it,Come out to play
He still didn't know what I was talking about and had never heard of the Warriors movie or comic book  :doubt: He then said he would look into it 

He was in his late 40s early 50s maybe.  How can a guy own a LARGE comic book store and have gotten through life and never seen or even heard of the Warriors    




 

Not everyone is cool and knows about the Warriors. Too bad.

A lot of comic book stores wont know about the warriors comic until the december issue of previews is out and it shows up on their order forms.  Hopefully, Dabel bros will have secured themselves a large enough page space advert for casual browsers to notice it.
