Read the posts, I don't think it was ever free....Tri when you are talking to the metal factory (which is who I think would be making it they make all the buckles I do) see if they can do it in the finish COPPER ALLOY GREEN. That is so some of the art (the face) has that GREEN been under-water look.

Prob not the same, mine is in Hong Kong. I have three diff factories that make metal items (buttons, rivets, buckles etc). A buckle like this, without GREAT art and just the shipping from HK to NYC alone, this is a project I will pass on. Patches, piping etc are easier and cheaper.

the green been underwater look is easy to get by cleaning the brass with brasso(brass cleaner) then not removing the residue from the gaps,a few weeks later it turns green.
but i think when Ajax wears the belt in the film it doesn't look like this,it looks shiny and new.
