We are not a gang, we are a group of fans talking in the same place about a film we all got mad love for, I myself happen to have one of the vests but I'm not gonna claim I'm in a gang because the gang life is not something i want a part of ever since my big bro Carlos, got attacked for deciding to fly the wrong flag with bad results... all in all he turned out ok and recovered from his beating but it's a lesson we all need to learn from... gangs are not something good to get into. Now I probably sound like some angry parent lecturing you, but it's something me and my family know about when it comes to this, stay safe dude and please don't tell people this is a gang because it won't get you too far if some "real" gangsta comes along and hears.

Actually, technically, we are. According to the wiktionary, a gang can be defined as "a number of persons associated for a particular purpose". We are all associated for the purpose of talking about The Warriors, thus we are technically a gang of sorts.

However, I would prefer not to call us that because that can have a rather large negative connotation, despite the fact that it can have an entirely non-negative meaning as well. It's like Archie calling his friends a gang. You don't see them tagging buildings and shooting people.

you can always take the word gang in the light hearted way.


like me and the gang are going to so and so.

I still think the word gang isn't such a good thing for us to be calling ourselves.

We could only be a gang in a poetical way, I mean: we try to help each other, sometime we "fight" by words... but the end is always  !!!!!!!
So, again, we ain't a gang.... we're anyway a very COOL bunch of people who love The Warriors!!! 8)

Yeah we are because we are a group of people but yeah sort of but it is only a website it is not real life.

First off...Rembrandt roolz needs to simmer down...what is your problem...hey man do you know who you were calling a "P"...you're only a destroyer and already making trouble!!!!

Secondly...Lions don't freak out...the dude doesn't know what he's doing...he's new yet its not an excuse for what he wrote...something must be done...a permanent banning for this person might be too much...possibly a 5 or 10 day banishment is alright...however he should not have called you a "P"...its not proper and he's not following the rules!

Thirdly...just to reply to the main topic of this post...I agree...we're only a gang metaphorically speaking! Promoting any sort of gang activity is not something we are suggesting here! We are representing a film which is admired throughout different parts of the world...and thats a great thing!

We are nothing but fans of a movie.  If the movie wasn't gang themed, would you still think of this group as a gang?  And to us that own and wear the replica vests; its no different from someone wearing a jersey of their favorite sports team or some fan wearing a star trek uniform at a convention.
