Hey everyone,

I just got The Warriors move a couple of days ago, and I liked it very much. Not only because they fight and stuff, but it describes a bit how it was in New York that time almost 30 years ago. There was different gangs, and they fighted against each other. But this movie was good, when you can see The Warriors running and traveling across whole New York just because they have been wrongly accused of killing Cyrus, while at some points fighting gangs, running from full-strength 30 people gangs.

But what I really wanted to know about this post is:
What you felt about this movie after you saw it, what thoughts did it bring to you?
Who were your favorit Warriors and why? For example.
I just wanna know other peoples opinion in about this move overall, I like reading when other people describes what they think.

I can tell you that my favorite Warriors are Swan and Vermin, im not only thinking who can fight best, but who says funny things in the right moments etc. And overall I think this movie is a good example how the life was in the 1970s - 1980s. And I love the song in the end of the movie when The Warriors are walking on the beach its so beautiful, its  Joe Walsh - In the city

well, I like Swan best, his my favorit because i think he was a good war chief after cleon died. overall the movie was a real good street gang movie. I like it very much, after having it for a year now i still watch it from times to times. Nice post =P

i saw it for the first time i think maybe...2 years ago?anyway,i knew it was the coolest movie i had ever seen,and then i got addicted to it.a movie that is almost 30 years old,and still a 12-year old thinks its the best movie ever,and it even has an own website?its got to be something special about it.

there is something special about it... when there are kids out there who fall in love with a movie that has been around more than two times longer than they have, it's pretty awesome... it's a classic...

and i agree with you, too vermin/swan... it is cool to see how they represented the city... the whole ambiance that the movie has is great... when i first saw it i thought that it was the greatest movie i'd ever seen... and my favorite warriors are: swan because, well... he's swan.. enough said; vermin because he's too funny; ajax becuase he's.. um... he's ajax... again, enough said...

and in the city is an awesome song... everytime i hear it i picture that last scene and it's just amazing... so yeah... welcome and have a great stay!!!!

And yea, In the city is a great song in the end of the movie, if I wanna hear that song I always play The Warriors movie and hear it in the end And The warriors is a really cool movie =D

yeah this film is the best when i saw it made me wanna join a gang (I was only about 12), i can watch it anytime, but its a shame we never actually saw the rouges getting their heads kicked in!!
