The Warriors Movie Site Forum

Hi Guys,

I'm brand new to this forum, although I have checked out this site a few times. I saw the section on the Conclave '09 and was wondering if there is any update on that. I did a search on the forum but came up blank! Is this still happening, or being planned for??
I was planning a trip to NY and part of the time there I wanted to see some of the Warriors sites. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
I have been a Warriors fan since I first saw the movie in 1979. I was doing High School and living in Hong Kong at the time, me and my school mates saw it quite a few times and it had a big impact on us. I recently reignited the flame when I bought the Directors cut. Played the game the other night and the jury is still out!! (Sorry for mentioning that on the movie forum!!)

Don't worry my friend.  If there is any update, it is automatically posted on the front page, by the creator of this Mecca War Chief.  So therefor no misses an update.  As of now nothing new about this is posted, but don't worry in time it will be provided.  Welcome to the site.

I'm also hoping to get there!! it's gonna be so awesome... i can't even begin to imagine what it could be like... 30 years worth of hardcore fans from all over the globe in one place to celebrate the greatness that is the warriors... it would be incredible!!!   

i just have to be there.there's no option.if i dont have the money i'll walk all the way to new york.

The Warriors is way too big a part of our life to not go... I doubt anything is gonna keep me away.

well me and my bro are going im going as cowboy wearing his hat and his brown shirt and my warrior vest my bro is going as the lead furies with yellow and black face paint and his furies costume

i wonder how much this event cost

Man I would love to go to that event.  I don't care if I'd have to take on two or three other jobs cleaning windshields at interstate exits, sell all my available blood, do some of those paid medical research studies... I HAVE to go!

Anybody got any baseball bats they need re-varnished or socks they need darned??  I'll come to your house and one by one, remove pet hairs from your furniture for an affordable price!

I sure hope I can make it. It's the experience of a lifetime. Be with others that share this passion and meet people from the forum face to face would be sweet. Take this comradery to a whole new level.
