hey there. i'm new (obviously). the name's amanda. 18 years old. from new jersey. saw the movie for the first time in august - FELL IN LOVE. watched it almost every day since. there was something about it that instantly hit me and i've been addicted ever since. i was a little scared of the forum thing at first, but i decided to quit bein a wimp and get it going. so bear with me - i'm new at this.

Hey everybody... WS vouching for this chick, cuz she's mine, and it's my fault she's a Warriors nut. 

Eh, yeah, I was on the forum a loooooooong time back, before there was really anything on it, when that homestead site was the warriors head hancho... then I moved and lost the net for so long that I either forgot my login, or it was deleted... I didn't join back up right away, I poked around for a good few months before rejoining... finally wound up rejoining so I could post fan fic.

Welcome Amanda, you seem to have a mature mind on this movie.  Welcome to the site, its always lovely to have another woman on this fan site.  You'll do just fine.

im new here too and i love the warriors. ajax is the greatest i wish he wasent arrested though. that pissed me off but i love that movie. the ganme is pretty good too but the movie is always the best.

Hey Amanda and whoever else is new here...WELCOME!  just like many others the first time watching the movie became a love encounter...see it love it obsess it (ok maybe its a little too much)...something about the movie made me love it in a way I've never done with any other movie I've seen...and why consider yourself a wimp? many of us were on the site way before registering so it doesn't exactly make you a wimp...the wimps are the ones who are on the site but never register to the site  :badgrin:...even so for amanda and anybody else here that is new: enjoy yourselves, follow the rules, no overposting...did i mention enjoy yourselves?!?!  :p  8)

a quick question...... i have this problem where i can't fall asleep if the warriors isn't on so i sleep with my laptop next to my bed with the dvd on repeat. am i the only one who does this??? lol 

errrr...okay amanda...you may be serious with that one but i found that pretty funny... i'm sure there are worse things people have done...like take showers while watching the movie...or they have to watch the movie while eating or working...so as I see it if you think thats a problem i'm sure there are others with bigger problems worse than that

don't worry about it too much...keep your head up: your a Warriors fan...we all have our little favorite things that may seem strange to the world...and eventhough I found it funny I think its actually an interesting hobby!!

Its all good Amanda.  There are some people out there who still fall asleep with teddy bears.  Warriors is your preference, and your God given destiny.  So if it helps you have a moment of clarity and peace, that is indeed a beautiful thing.  Its only natural.

yeah... i suppose there are worse things that people do... it's a recent thing though. i used to just sleep with the radio on... i just transferred the addiction to the movie!!    i don't care. i love it!!!
