EDITED:It could be Joe Zimmardi. Infact if you see The Warriors "Full Cast and Crew" IMDb Page...

It looks like the same guy to me. Wasn't "The Wanderers" another gang movie that came out just after The Warriors? He must have been pretty busy jumping from set to set like that!

they were made months apart and on imdb a turnbull alsos plays a baldie so
i put 2 and 2 together and came up with that

I don't see why he would be picked to play the role of a gang member with his baby face. He just doesn't look like a tuff guy to me.
