It's a shame what happened with that convention company, as I was looking forward to going back to Brum for the 40th next year. The cricket ground was a decent venue.

Finally got around to joking the forum, which is something I very rarely do, but The Warriors is special. Watched it on VHS when I was a kid and have loved it ever since. I’ve introduced my daughter to the movie and she’s a convert. I think I have three different versions of the movie now, but who’s counting..? I was lucky enough to meet Joel Weiss and Jery Hewitt this year in Birmingham who were lovely guys.
