Yeah i would agree thats the hardest for me when i kept getting beat up and not being able to finish the painting...

It isnt a level. But the hardest thing to me was to do ALL the paints.

i hated running from the turnbull ac's,by pressing that stupid "x" button all the time,that was frustrating.
i just finished it twice on hardcore but i didn't mind doing a couple of stages over and over
'cause it's a great game man!!!

i had to play "friendly faces" (lizzies and punks level) a couple of times to get the score needed to hundred percent but then i cleare it by quite a lot 

took me ages to find some of the bonus tags in "all city" took me ages but they were fairly obvious places really.

destroyed is a bit tricky too

OMG, the first time I played through the game and arrived at "No Permits, No Parley"...

It was a whole new kind of WTF for me concerning a game. I couldn't pass it, and didn't touch the game for like, a week. But when I picked up on it again, I decided to start all over on "Sucker" mode, LMAO. Made things easier for considering it was my first time.

Of course, I've played the game so much to date that I got no issues now.

I Reckon all city is the hardest mission in the game, it really annoys me like especially because your playing as Rembrandt and you have like 5 Moonrunners after you everytime you try and do a tag.

It really annoyed me but yea that is the hardest mission in my opinion.

I agree with those that said No Permits No Parley was the hardest.  Or at least the most frustrating.  Those cops were a major pain in the butt, and to get the tag right near the entrance to the park was incredibly hard.  I finally got all of the cops away from there and went in and got it.

I hated that level where you had to fight Birdie, and throw bottles at him while he shoots at you. In fact the whole throwing bottles thing was the only thing about the game that really annoyed me, the controls to aim were really flimsy.

Or the one where you face Cobb, On Hardcore Soldier.

For some reason, I find 'writer's block' the most difficult part to finish. I would get so annoyed sometimes when playing that part that I would start shouting, lol!
