I've always wanted to wear my Warriors vest in public on a more frequent basis, but as it's a cheap costume one it'd draw too many funny looks, so I searched around and found this:

I think it's time to discuss the letter of the law vs. the spirit

The "first 10 posts in the proving ground" was drafted when there were hundreds of posts a day, and the mods needed a way to control newcomers

Now, well, it's clearly not the case

As 9D and I are (for the most part) the most active of the current moderators, I'd like him to weigh in on the removal of that particular restriction!

As for the link that goes nowhere, 4-chan blocks a lot of linking, when they're not busy taking down the PlayStation network!
