You are actually not. Get caught by a HA and they WILL tell you to take it off. I'm surprised all the sellers on eBay haven't gotten C&D by the group for trademark infringement. Seems like they would sue ANYBODY.

i have some warriors patches on a black leather vest and get dirty looks for it all the time but i will never let someone tell me to take it off

I've only had a couple of run ins with my nearest chapter for wearing my vest, and that was 4 years ago. I still didn't take it off. The first Angel I encountered wasn't that bad about it and ended up chatting about the film. The second was an arrogant prick. All mouth with nothing to back it up. Not a peep from any biker group for wearing hoodies and jackets with the same colors on the back.

No Hells Angel thug is going to tell me what not to wear. For Christ sake I have a wife to do that!!!!
