Judging by the size and the lettering on the rocker, this looks like a mark 1 version of A-1's.  Whoever gets the final bid, really ought to look for a bigger patch to put on the vest.  The old size patches look out of place.

Looks EXACTLY like the a-1. I have one and I doubt a medium would fit up to a 46...
