yeah, i think it might be a little too good. it needs that late 70's feel, just like the skull on the Electric Eliminators jacket... it isn't perfect.

*shakes head* @ the wrist band idea 9th.

i think its going to get too complicated to make a desgin "less perfect". lets make it perfect and then we can alter it ourselves

how am i going to alter the mouth, nose and eyes myself? it's the only thing i really have a problem w/...  i love everything else (the shape overall, the arm, the lettering it's all perfect), i just don't know about the face.

it reminds me too much of this...

It's nice to hear that the biggest part of you dig this work. I really appreciate to receive comlpiments from other Warriors fans like me.

For the others who say that it doesn't look like the movie, I can only say that's the best I can do, trying to recreate it from the (bad) pics that we all know.

-I can say almost for sure that he doesn't have any wristband on the arm.
-to make the face more 70s style, I could try to make some of those lines more "soft" or smooth and maybe a little less precise.

I can do those changes, but then, I really think I can't do nothing else with the poor references that we have.

Hey NComics, I think if you make the changes you said and add the color, it will be as screen acurate as we will ever get it. That is my opinion.

The changes are done. Now I REALLY hope that is better than before.

I'm sorry if I can't give it a 70's look style, buuut.. I was born in the late 80's so..
And ILLER, if you want that it looks like a real 70's logo.. I think you should start thinking to hire an artist of the 70's, or someone more good than me, but prepare to catch out hundreds of bucks for it.

Remember my friends that I'm not asking for a CENT to make it, and I don't think I did a bad job here. I would just like a couple of free patches. :)

When you all agree and give me the approval, I will ink it. I will not make another color tryout, since the logo is just a little different from the previous try I did. I will color it right after the inking work.

Triscender, thank you so much for your support I really appreciate that. ;)
Now let's hope that all the others (or the biggest part anyway) agree with us, so the next step will be the inks.

I think it is 99% screen accurate (or as close as we can). So as far as I think, INK IT!!!!

For the most part, I like it.  Like the sword, the more organic looking star works well. Lettering lines up fine.  I've no problem with the nose.
The things that I think need tweeking a little are the size of the bottom lip, sword handle, fingers and teeth.  I've tried a couple of amalgamations (I'm not that happy with my results either).  Once photobucket stops freezing up on me, i'll show you what I mean.
