Found the reference.  Its a few quick shots of a break dancer in one of Insane Clown Posse's video's entitled Hokus Pocus.  Silver jacket with the same yellow stripe on the sleeve (although the youtube video I watched was small and blurry).

It is def the same jacket, so it was still made somewhere. I doubt ICP got a jacket from paramount. I think the song is from like 96-97 (not a fan of the group at all)

those are some nice clear shots...looks like the top of the jacket is more like a half collar (commonly found on motorcycle jackets, members only jackets, etc). the bottom looks like it can be tightened with a pull - does anyone know the official term for this? rigth arm has black stripes around it and the left arm has an american flag. white zipper. black lining. black sleeve ends

i dont see the diff in the stomach area. also, i notice the teeth have very light grey lines - i dont think these would show up on a patch, should we make them black?

The difference is in the angle.  In the screen shots, the mouth looks like a plain white block, hence the subtle colour of the teeth in my design.  Making them darker is an easy enough task; probably a couple of shades lower on the grey scale.
You can't see very well on the small pic posted, but theres a bit of shading starting to develop to try and take away the flat look.
