A1-american flags have always had the vests for sale. From time to time, Paramount start flexing a bit of muscle and he withdraws it from his site. This was the case when i purchased mine last month. I just E-mailed dale directly to check if he had any in stock and recieved a vest in under 2 weeks, which is good for overseas shipping (thanks dale). Im tempted with the mini patches to sew on a baseball cap.
