Vest for sale?

Post by joker86 »

Hello everyone out there.
The Warriors movie was a little out of my time, and out of my country, but I actually came across the movie when I was 13 by chance at a used video store, saw it, loved it and worshiped it. The game came out, and the very same feeling as when I first saw te movie struck me. However, living in sweden made it impossible for me to even find a vest, even more impossible buying one. my question: Is there a plce where you can get a The Warriors leather vest? if so, where? I'm dying to know.

Thank you guys.

NEW BLOOD, NEW BLOOD, NEW BLOOD!

1. Your first posts should go in PROVING GROUNDS.

2. Get the patches and make your own. You will like and appreciate it that much more. There are plenty of threads to what vest to get, who sells the best patches and also how to make the DIAMOND CUT TRIM.

EBAY is your vest making friend.

1) SEARCH for vintage brown vest (unless you want the maroon color).
2) BUY IT NOW the patches from CC WIZARD.
3) BUY strips of BLACK leather and the DIAMOND cut (it is posted in another thread). I am sure you can find it in Sweden.
4) GLUE everything on the vests. No need to sew. I posted the glue I used in another thread as well.

If you look through this site there are many vest making tips. EBAY ships to you and you can find the vest and patches there with ease. If you want it all sewed on, bring it to a tailor (which I am sure they have by you). You don't have to get anything really except the black leather, on-line. There you go. Follow this and you should have no trouble making a vest.

Bowies are good. a little clumsy to swing, but a good overall knife.i have made my own version of one,it is a bent one, like a samurai sword (katana) with a smooth mirror polish, polished with leather, and with teeth on the back of the blade. overall length, 40 centimetres. vertical hight (from edge to back of blade) 10 centimetres. it is very light, and the grip is made by oak, lined with leather. may post picture on here if i feel like it, and if i photograph it.
