This might be harder than we first thought as the ones in the movie (whichever gang it really is) can be fully undone at the front. They're button up shirts.

I would take the same style as the BAYLOR to a TAILOR (that rhymes) and have them cut and add buttons etc. If the SPORTS crew has the same front, taking the BAYLOR and adding the buttons, Black swatch across the back and the word SPORT (we have a screen cap). If anyone can find the BAYLOR without the logo and want to alter it, this would be a great replica of a gang no one really knows...
