I was looking around YouTube and found this movie that has Michael Beck in it he sounds a little different than in the warriors.

would you know if this was before the warriors or after? swan looks wierd, im used to seeing mike beck in a vest

think i prefer the warriors to that movie lads lol

I never really thought he would play a roll like this, especialy with no Gang like activities lol. After you see The Warriors you just dont expect it.

ohhhh thats Xanadu which I heard was a flop...this was after The Warriors...At last year's screening, the preview for this movie was shown along with the Escape from New York preview...and yeah his voice does sound different...yet it can clearly be seen that theres an error in that small clip...one minute he's holding a paint board and the next minute its gone...reminds me of those silly Warrior mistakes

yet its not awkward that he's wearing a VEST! He's added on skates to his wardrobe but he hasn't lost his Warrior spirit

Enter Beck's name at the IMDB (imdb.com) and you'll get a list of all his movies...I actually have never seen Xanadu but want to it's supposed to be a "so bad it's good' flick and I actually do like the soundtrack.

I watched Xanadu for the first time this morning..... I laughed all the way through it!
I just couldn't get it out of my head that it was Swan!  I was actually in stitches for several minutes when he said "Aww, what the hell. Guys like me shouldn't dream anyway." And he was actually turned into a cartoon for one of the songs... it was obsurd. It was obsurd to see him smiling, never mind dancing and roller-skating and painting... I just laughed my head off every time he came on screen in a shirt or in those tiny shorts... *shudder*
What a great way to start a Sunday.

I know what you mean,when I saw 'Xanadu',it felt so strange to see M.Beck playing anyone else xcept Swan!

What would Ajax say if he saw Swan prancing around like that......wait we all know what Ajax would say  also looks like he took a few tips from that Punks leader going around on rollerskates and they even mention the warriors in the trailer they say something like "michael beck who dazzled you in the warriors" DAZZLED!?!?!?! who says dazzled anymore??

im just wondering if you have to watch it streamed from YouTube or if you can hire it etc... from the video-shop?
Because i would like to see it as it should be good, because Michael Becks in it!
