Any other irresponsible parents out there who have exposed their kids to The Warriors?

I have 11 and 9 year old sons who have become pretty hardcore fans of The Warriors.  So I made them vests and thought I would share.  You can view an enlarged version of the pic below here:  http://i65.photobucket.com/albums/h235/ ... sfam-1.jpg

My boys have seen the movie many times and have all the figures.  We have the video game but I won't let them play the missions yet - they can only play Armies of the Night since its watered down.

When the conclave happens they'll be 13 and 11 years old - old enough to roll with pops.

Well in my thought, if I had a kid, I would introduce him or her to The Warriors at around age 10. Cuz, by then, they're probably mature enough not to repeat the bad language at school. On top of that, movie ratings back then were really quite harsh. Now you can see R rated violence, in the lower rated movies.

Man, I saw this movie called 'The Devil's Rejects', and it was only rated MA 15+ (In Australia, that's the rating under R, and that basically means that you have to be atleast 15 to watch it by yourself, and if your under that, than you have to watch it with a parent). I could of swore, there was three times the amount of profanity and violence than the warriors.

There needs to be more parents like you. My parents were kind of like u. Letting me watch Robocop and other brutal action movies at the age of two. I wanna be a parent like that one day. Hopefully parenthood is a ways off for me 8)

Cool vests, damn your sons looking like true warriors, good idea with the game and just armies of the night, the amount of cussing and gore in normal would be a little much... anyway hope you and your lil' boppers have some fun at the conclave.
