Guys, I know this is an ancient thread but I'm a big kiss fan & just wanted to help clarify the timeline on the satans mothers vest in Attack of the Phantoms. Kiss' movie commenced filming in May 1978 in California at Magic Mountain. It was produced quickly to ensure it was ready for release in USA for Halloween on TV. Filming on kiss' movie was completed on May 27th 1978. It was first released on Oct 28 1978.

I'm quite sure warriors didn't commence filming until late '78 which makes the satans mothers vest an interesting anomaly as it was used in the kiss film before the warriors was filmed.

There were 3 gang members in kiss' movie: Chopper, Slime & Dirty Dee..

The date on the script is 20th of june, so i'll say it was filmed July to beggining of October 78 then released in Feb 79.

Well if kiss-Phantoms was filmed in May '78 & Warriors was filmed from July '78 onwards then what's the deal with the satans mothers vest?

In much the same way that the Warrior's vests were repurposed by the movie studios (see Bachelor Party, a Taxi episode, and The Fabulous Stains), then I suppose it's certainly conceivable that The Warriors repurposed a Kiss item!

Where does the vest appear in Bachelor Party? I watched it recently just to see the vest but i didn't see it.

Funny, i'm going off of what's been said here prior; I've not yet seen the movie - maybe you have a censored version!

Well, having just sat through the misery that is Bachelor Party. I agree: i saw no vest!

There was a brief shot of someone in the crowd in a light brown leather vest, but it was most definitely not warriors-esque, but was that suit-style that was popular for a minute in the 80s

haha, Bachelor Party not your kind of film then?
I was an eighties kid so i loved it at the time, wonder why someone actually said the vest was in this film?
I'm sure it was on the Charloots web page where i got the information.
