Two questions about the book

1. Does the book actually exist?
I've searched for it practically everywhere and there is no sign of it anywhere.

2. Does the movie follow the book as far as the movie storyline goes or does it do the prequel like the video game?

1. as you can see to this section yes the book is real.

2. the story only has the basic skelliton of the movie.
