Is it true that his name in the book is Lunkface?

Yep

Yes and no. There is no "Ajax" character in the book, but the character that comes closest to his personality is indeed Lunkface. Keep in mind that none of the Dominators are carbon copies of the Warriors. Many characters from the Warriors are combinations of several characters from the book.

I think that Lunkface was surprised that that the nurse did put up a fight more than anything else. Besides nurses are stronger than most people think, all of the lifting we do and all.

Yeh, Marlboroprojects is completley right, like Ajax is some what a sort of Lunkface character, but things like Hector and Hinton are a mix Swan, and The Junior is kind of like Rembrandt (Except The Junior is not the sprayer, yet he's the youngest Dominator and the most fragile) Also i'm not sure but I think it's Bimbo who is like Snow. No other characters really resembles anyone else.

Bimbo is in a sense Vermin, because he's the bearer. I personally see Dewey as Snow and The Junior as Cowboy, except Cowboy isn't as young, but if I'm correct he's the smallest Warrior.
