R.I.P. Sol Yurick

Sol Yurick, who wrote "The Warriors" novel in 1965, has passed away at the age of 87. Thank you, Mr. Yurik, for having written this fascinating novel.

Very sad news - although I have read only The Warriors - there's another book of his that I wanted to read - I believe it is called Fertig - its the novel he wrote just after The Warriors.

It was also made into a movie called The Confession starring Ben Kingsley and Alec Baldwin.

Nah, haven't picked it up yet, but on the case... I think it got slated though :O(
