A higher leader of The Warriors than Cleon!?!?!?

In real life gangs such like The Warriors that wore vests. The Highest Rank was Supreme President. And the Warriors even mention Cyrus as the "President of the largest gang in the city" And in real life the ranks go as following: Supreme President(Leader of all), President(leader of Division), Vice President, War Lord. So could it be that Cleon wasnt the top dog? I dont think so since Cleon founded The Warriors. The reason the War Lord is the highest rank is because Warriors- War Lord, and War Chief seem like clever leader ranks. SO they replace President and Vice President. But this is just for refrence and as in a way a small blooper What do you guys think? Wouldnt it be cool to have the thought that sum1 else was calling the shots?

It makes sense for a big, well organised gang like the Riffs to have all these ranks, with Cyrus and later Masai ranked as president and the others ranging from soldiers, officers and lieutenants. But the Warriors were a much smaller crew, they, and many of the other crews lacked the structure of the Riffs, so I can't see why they would bother with a whole load of fancy different ranks for members.

Going by the game, the only other gang who might would be the Hurricanes, but this would be more on family since many of them seem to be brothers, cousins, etc, with rank based on age and/or how well connected they are to the guys in charge. I think they might have some older patriach calling the shots from behind the scenes. Diego or Vargas don't seem smart enough to lead a crew like this, so I think they might be enforcers acting on behalf of someone else.

The Turnbull AC's are a big gang, but they don't look like the types to care much about rank, it's hard to tell whether they even have a real leader. Maybe they just all fight amongst themselves, and whoever's still standing at the end gets to be Warchief that day, I don't know.

I agree. The Turnbulls probably have an apointed leader and thats it. Just that leader and then whoever else wants to be LT. will most likely just take charge of a certain group. There Anarchists and dont really like Government or organization I guess.

Real gangs back in those days of the Warriors had the highest rank named President or Supreme President. But the Warriors is based more on originality and more fiction and since they had the name Warriors War Lord and War Chief seemed like better leader ranks.

Yea the Warriors had there own ranks wich matched the Warriors. War(rriors) Lord, War(rriors) Chief. And Fox mustve been the 3rd in Command due to his up to date street smarts.

Real Gangs these days uses guns. To kill there man wheres the good days when you can
just bop a soilder with your fist? Gangs are nothing these days they think there tough then
when some other gang comes up asking to settle it in a fist fight..then BOP does the head.
Real Gangs should learn something from the warriors.
