I've got to go with CleonWarlord, Taylor that post made no sense what so ever. Their suppose to be there.

Im guessing he means CANT be seen and thats what the hobos are their for.

Yeah and the spray dealers with the mini fros and sideways cap... the guy whos all alone lookin all bewildered at the meating... the one that people thoght was a distroyer... i wish i could put a film still... maybe someone can if they know what and who im talking about!!

i mean that in the game they have used alot of unfeatured gangs from the film as drug dealers ect.
