The Warriors game as RPG

I think it would be cool if The Warriors would be made as an MMORPG for the pc.It would be so fun being able to choose which gang to be in or making your own and getting your name up and being able to control huge parts of the city.But,I doubt it would ever happen.Any thoughts?

that would be cool, but they would have to sort out a combat system because otherwise everyone would just keep on getting killed by better players

yeah that's exactly what i've been thinking! thta would be the best, my thoughts on the game are:
It is only online like once a night for a few hours, just one big game involving every gang over 100,000 people playing as every gang member in the city.
You get exp by killing people and their should be a ranking system like on this site, when you reach certain ranks you get certain items, eg: extra flash capabilities, brass knucks, steel tipped boots, etc.
Also u should be able to select a preferred gang and depending on your rank get to be in it and the higher rank the better chance of being war chief, important characters or war lord, and if you're war chief or lord you should be able to command any npcs on ur team.
anyway they're my thoughts on it and as u can see i've had many.

thanks electrice eliminator, yeah i have put a lot of thought into it(on the walks to and from school) more than i mentioned in that post. i think it would be a great idea, just imagine it over 100,000 people from all over the world online, each as a gang member trying to take over turf in a huge battle for new york with only one gang emerging.

Wow that sounds like that would be allot of fun playing as one person from a gang battling it out

yeh but i get confused thinking about and walk in to the bus stop lampost (ouch)
