I found one way to get through this Bugger of a Level.

First off Find Vermin or a Warrior who is Cuffed and have snow get your back to unlock him.

DON'T Go after any other warrior just yet get your boy to a Safe place So thise way you don't wind up going back to save your buddy then finding out the other guy following is also in need of help.

How to get lose the pigs?

First Once you hide one of your Boys have Snow Hide! This way he won't be caught.

Need Health?

Theres Lots of Stores in the Area so Don't be afraid to rob the joint just Do it Quick though Cause if the Cops lose you they Lock the Store up....FOR GOOD.

IT WAS THE HARDEST LEVEL

Yeah, Im stuck on the same level. I always get busted by the cops on this level, and they always manage to arrest the warriors i have free'd.
Do the cops just keep regenerating when you waste a few of them? because everytime i beat a few down, more just come from nowhere. Its a real tough level.

it was the hardest level i agree but when i found the shop to rob and get flash and money there it was easier rob the place and buy flash and just do it that way it was easy after all that, even though it took me about ten goes.

that level is easy even on hardcore soldier mode i done it on ma second try

it is my favorite mission ive probly played around 40 times

The level is pretty hard, I've done it but I'm missing a few tags.

this level is way hard, just keep on trying!

this is what i did...

what you do is run up and free cochise from the starting point, and tell both of your warriors to scatter. get somewhere dark and safe, away from the cops. from here, take your time freeing one person at a time. if someone is attested/down, hang around in a dark area nearby untill the pigs leave the area, and uncuff/revive the warrior. keep in mind that you have the "scatter" command issued; your warriors will scatter for the shadows as soon as they are freed/revived. after all of your warriors are back in fighting condition, they will most likely be strewn all over the map. at this point, make a break for the park's gate on your own (the exit point).  once there, tell all your warriors to come to you. a majority of the time your warriors will rush to you as fast as they can, and will most likely make it into the safety of the park. if they get arrested, you have no option but to attack. this is very risky, but it is possible. just command all your warriros to "Wreck Em All", and after all the cops are done, uncuff your buddy and finish the mission.

some tips...:

1. Memorize the map. after that, your home free. memorize escape routes, know where the rooftops lead, and remember what areas are blocked off and where dark areas are.

2. If you have to, fight your way out. only do this if you are sure you can win, like you are outnumbering the cops or something similar. use this as an ABSOLUTE LAST RESORT. they will arrest you quickly if given the chance.

3. Weapons Are Very Useful! knock your enemy down and make a mad dash for a new hiding spot.

4. There are Electric Eliminators and Satan's Mothers hiding in the darkness. if you run into their hiding spot they will no doubt attack you (and they are usually found in groups of 2 or 3). because of this, you might want to turn up your brightnes on the pause menu up a few notches to ensue you wont run into any sticky situations.

there ya have it, thats how you beat the level (well, thats how me and my friends did it  )

its easy if you get all the warriors and tell them to watch your back while you tag when your done bring the remainig warriors to the park gate and then get the rest of the warriors
