I thought that he was trying to say that only wimps and suckers actually buy drugs, while cool dudes just beat down the drug dealers and just take the stuff. I later realized that all drug dealers in the game carry knives, and Vermin was really just telling me to snort the flash (or however you do it). But for those few minutes it was sheer fun. I felt really anarchic.
