do you guys think there will be a mode in the game where you can fight against another person like in Mortal Kombat?

Versus mode? It's possible. But it would have been listed as a feature a while ago...

argh Im tired of 1 on 1 fighting modes in games.

I rather have a fully customizable and chooseable gang vs. gang.

and my gang survival idea where one gang fights endless waves of others gangs until they are all eliminated.

Yeah I agree, large brawls are much cooler than one on one fights.

I dont htink this game would do good with a 1 vs 1 mode : ( the point of this game is GANGS, not a person. Large brawls are much more brutal anyway : )

i feel that would be sorta retarded. This is a brawler not a fighter.

In a way I think the game would be almost as fun if it was a 2D brawler, kinda like the old Ninja Turtles one... You could pick up items on the ground, or that enemies dropped, and at one point they'd disappear. And each different character would have one special move... you know...2D sprites...anybody with me?

True, brawls are brutal, but so can squaring off 1 on 1...I'd like go head on w/ Luther...he deserves a beat down...
