ya know Rockstar must be well aware how much bigger co-op makes these kinda games.

if they're smart maybe they hid it as an unlockable/secret feature.

it would be embarrassing if it has no co-op at all. even GTA:SA has 2 player co-op.

well maybe the whole large commandable gang thing makes up for it. but I dunno. there is always a way to add it in and make it work out. maybe they are too lazy to try?

It's not confirmed it's in, it's not confirmed it's NOT it. Just wait and see before making accusations.

Even if they don't have co-op doesn't mean it will be a bad game. It's fine the way it is.

I personally feel it would take a lot of what i've waited for away from the game if it wasn't online.

We have waited a long time for this game so i hope they include it. This is a once in a lifetime release and if they don't do it now we (Forum members) will never get to fight the furies side by side.

Come on Rockstar you've been checking on the forum for a long time to get ideas off us so reward us by including online/co-op. :D

Like I said they won't have online and co-op. If they did it would be mentioned in all these previews. Not only that but it's too close to release to even add it now so there's no point in asking for it. Who knows if they release a PC version possibilty someone will make a multiplayer mod.

i never heard of san andreas being co-op till it came out : (.

But seriously, online is too big of an option to not mention. Online is a no, and co-op is a less then 40 %. I mean..sure, i'd like co-op, but seeing as how so many want it, you'd think they'd already mention it. So it seems to be a no, or very little chance for both ideas : ( besides, the view would look terrible for co-op, and they'd have to go for split screen which would suck becuase you wouldnt be able to see enemies behind you >: (

That's because co-op in San Andreas was a VERY small part of the game. All you did in co-op is free roam and the other mode is just shooting up cars.

Personally it's not something that I need to see. Sure it'd be cool, but I'm buying it for the 1 player. It doesn't really seem like something that's completely necessary. From what I've read and seen the 1 player mode seems like a hell of a good time on it's own. "If it's not broken don't fix it" ;)

I don't see how there can be co-op when there's going to be missions where you only play as a single Warrior (Rembrandt's induction, for instance), and there are stealth portions even. I wouldn't be holding my breath, guys.

hey all.

what should and shouldn't be in computer games is my speciality.

for the warriors to keep its intensity on the one player game and follow the storyline well, it should only be one player...co-op's always result in players loosing a little focus.

however, there should be a co-op mode that is separate and runs through fun simulations such as...a couple of you control warriors (the rest computer controlled) and you have to to make it from a to b on a small scale and basically run into a gang. the focus on this is to basically have a mass fight...co-ops are good for this as its fun and not 'focussed' on achieving numerous aims.

also, it would be great to have a co-op 'roam' mode of the bronx to brooklyn. i.e gta but you go round fighting different gangs in there own turf. simply getting enjoyment through going round fighting together.
