i past that level the car raidios icant help ya but the cops: just run into ally ways and hide in the shadows untill it cools down

hey do want cheats because if u do ive got them all(except the molotov cocktail its weird) but plan B you can steal stuff quickly then go and hide from the cops but 2 player will be easier if u need the cheat ive got them here Give Player All Items..........R1, R2, L1, X, Down, L1 this gives u flash,spray,200 dollars cuff keys(if u unlocked it) and the other one i forgot  wats it is called
