I totaly agree and although I'm drawing a almost complete blank of others I just gotta add
Kill Bill part one and two and The Good Bad and Ugly. Warriors is just amazing to me from beginning to end, might be one the first times I really noticed how important background music is?

My favorite composer for movies is Angelo Badalamenti. His work for David Lynch, especially Twin Peaks, is awesome. I also love Trainspotting, Rushmore, Bottle Rocket, Jackie Brown, Million Dollar Hotel, Smoke, The Player.... and yes, the original Star Wars.

The theme from the increadibly underrated The Ninth Gate is morbidly beautiful, sinister yet enchanting. Man I love it
Some others:
Star Wars (A given, flat out classic movie music there)
Jurassic Park (Very epic and mood setting)
Football Factory (I just plain love all the music in that movie)
The Crow (GREAT stuff ont he soundtrack, The Cure, Nine Inch Nails, etc)
All I can think of so far.

Not in particular order... well, maybe.
- Oldboy
- Sin City
- Donnie Darko (The whole OST makes me feel like I'm dreaming.)
- FFVII:Advent Children
- Kill Bill Vol. 1 (I loved the tracks done by the RZA)
- Mortal Kombat *imitates techno theme*
- The Warriors
- The Thing (the intro/ending theme creeps me the hell out.)
- ...Beauty and the Beast. (I had to put that one up thereÂ

)
