Ever been to a live concert?

The first concert I ever went to was Aerosmith/Motley Crue, it was awesome. Last November I saw a Def Leppard/Styx/Foreigner, they all rocked, I couldn't talk to any of my buddies after the concert cause I lost my voice... it was worth it though. Van Halen is coming up in less than 20 days, I'm stoked!

second concert- heaven and hell (april 24 2007)
third concert- rush (july 25 2007)
fourth concert- VAN HALEN (december 20th 2007)

three concerts in one year! pretty good for a high school kid!

Journey on June 20th, can't wait. Granted there is no Steve Perry but It'll still be awesome.

And T in the Park in July too, going to see Rage Against the Machine and the like... Brilliant.

went to see the twang back in febuary they nearly took the roof off man,best gig ive ever been to,band called the hours where on before them and they were brilliant also,but before them there was this guy on called jersey budd,my god what a voice you can check him out on myspace he unsigned at the minute but not for long i think!anyway after the gig me n my wife and 3 friends went to a bar over the road from the gig for a beer to cool down and talk about the gig,so on the way out we was walking past another bar straight next door to the one we was in,and out the corner of my eye this guy caught my attention i'm thinking "he looks familair" didnt think nothing of it then 2 more steps and boom.i suddenly realise it was the lead singer of the twang phil etheridge smoking a cig.so i double back go up to him tell him how much i loved the gig and how much i like the cd etc.by this time my wife and buddys had doubled back and was giving me the old "come on man its cold" they thought i was asking someone for a cig(even though i been stopped 5 years now)we get talking and then he invites me and my wife and my 3 buddys into the after party for drinks and to meet the rest of the band!absolute top guys all of them,bought us drinks talked about anything and everything from the album to football to movies for a good hour,he even wanted to know where i had bought my jacket cause he liked it that much haha.met the hours as well who very cool guys also!what a sureal end to the night i must say,but.... a very enjoyable one!!!!
