Well there's no real gangs in Italy, and I can say there have never been!
Something similar, with other rules and definitely unlike US gangs, is football/soccer teams fan groups or supporters!
Like the one from my town, you've already seen it, and this one posted by doyle. Plus, every town got 2-3-4... groups. Well I don't recognize which fan group is it, anyway I've anyway an idea about cause it's painted in a stadium and I know the colours... but my doubt is about the main name, I mean usually it's another.
Or perhaps they simply are big hi-hats fan, but i repeat I just think it's some fan group ( or sub-group).

They are great fans of Hi Hats, it isn't a group of some football/soccer team supporter.
I presume they are young people 'cause Hi-Hats' logo is only present in the videogame and I appreciate a lot this tag.

That's awesome. I really find it cool that their are so many fans world wide who are carrying on the legacy that was started by a book that was turned into a movie, which eventually became a gang.
