The Riffs

I've made a Gramercy Riffs logo, although it pretty much took me 10 seconds; since I had no other choice of backgrounds etc.
Infact, it's the same as shown on the main section of this site, under 'gangs'. Just changed around and cut some bits out etc.

So with this in mind, can anyone make me a Gramercy Riffs banner?
I really liked who ever made this one:

except it's way too big.
REQUIREMENTS
dimentions: 377 x 154
also, I want a sort of, new, stylish, sleek look; BUT with still the old, powerful feel to it.
It should also have an ORANGE border.
This is optional, but iit wuld be nice if it had a black/dark background, but IDM really.
I know this is a lot to ask, but I'm sure there will be someone kind enough to create me one.
