Good job. It's great lol. Following the events of the movie. It would be cool if the stuff you buy are gangs like in blue The Riffs, The Furies and The Warriors or somthing.

Appreciate the efort put into this, but shouldn't the monopoly board be all locations that you take over?  Most of the ones thats in these squares should be the random cards that you turn over.
You could break the 4 sides of the board down into major parts of New york (Manhattan, Bronx, Brooklyn ect), have the playing peices be something that represents a gang and take over as much turf as possible.
Playing peices would either be 3d versions of the gangs colors or something that represents them, ie school bus, hearse, rollerskate, baseball bat, warriors vest, skull with top hat ect
